How to repair the engine hesitation.

Subject: Engine Hesitation.

 

1)Condition

1. Engine hesitation when restarting the engine after parking for 20-30 minutes.

2) Cause

1. Improper adjustment to TPS(Throttle Position Sensor)

3) Diagnosis

1. Scan tool check
   =Diagnostic trouble code not found.
2. Check the throttle position sensor
   = Abnormal Value
   = Throttle position sensor value is 638mv(Normal:500mv at Idle).
   =After adjusting TPS, the symptom disappears.

4) Repair Parts

1. Adjust the TPS.
